I understand that by purchasing any item from Clay Dazzle (www.claydazzle.com) I am agreeing to the following Store Policies, Terms & Conditions

I understand that Clay Dazzle has no control of the shipping process once the package has been received by USPS. However lost packages will be replaced if you haven't received your item 30 days after shipping.

 

PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

 

  PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Payments are processed through Shopify or Paypal via Shopify. Sezzle payment plans are also available and are processed via the Sezzle website. No paper checks are accepted. 

Once your package is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the USPS tracking site.

Please note that the estimated delivery date provided by USPS may not always be accurate and the package could be delayed by a few days.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. Orders totaling $75 or more ship for FREE using USPS First Class Shipping.

 

 EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be exchanged under certain conditions. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Items are only replaced if they are received damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email shauna@claydazzle.com with a photo of your damaged item and the date it was received. You will be provided with instructions to complete your exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your purchase totaled at least $75 a shipping label will be provided at no charge to you. Exchanges totaling less than $75 will be your responsibility. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your exchanged product may vary. 

It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


 
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

With proper care your new favorite jewelry may last a lifetime. If for some reason you are unable to wear your jewelry due to damage I will replace it at no charge to you within the first 30 days after purchase.

To qualify for a replacement you must return the damaged item. After your item has been received a replacement will be shipped to you. The replacement will be for the same item and color that you originally purchased.

Please email shauna@claydazzle.com with your order number to be given further instructions for the exchange.

 WHOLESALE 

To qualify for a wholesale account you must fill out the wholesale application on the website. After approval you will receive a welcome email with instructions to create your account.

Minimum Order Requirements.

You must purchase at least 10 items to qualify for wholesale pricing. The pricing consists of tiered discounts and the welcome email has the the details of quantities and discount percentages.
