I understand that by purchasing any item from Clay Dazzle® (www.claydazzle.com) I am agreeing to the following Store Policies, Terms & Conditions
I understand that Clay Dazzle® has no control of the shipping process once the package has been received by USPS or UPS. However lost packages will be replaced if it can be confirmed that you haven't received your item(s) 30 days after shipping.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed after completing your payment.
- Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be shipped.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Payments are processed through Shopify or Paypal via Shopify. No paper checks are accepted.
Once your package is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the USPS or UPS tracking site.
Please note that the estimated delivery date provided by USPS or UPS may not always be accurate and the package could be delayed by a few days.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and shipping with insurance is included in the cost of your item(s).
All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be exchanged under certain conditions.
Private Label orders are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are made to order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are received damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email email@example.com with a photo of your damaged item and the date it was received. You will be provided with instructions to complete your exchange.
For any returned packages with failed delivery, due to multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Refunds will only be given as "Store Credit". Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
